Security Verification of IC7000BKT

With IC7000BKT version 1.31.0 and later, interface with programs such as WSJT-X, JTDX and MSHV has been simplified.
The BktNetInterface plug-in is no longer needed; simply enable the LAN protocol on port 52002 in the configuration settings to emulate DX Lab Suite Commander.
