Veramente magnifico, ma come tutti gli apparati nuovi di pacca i problemi si risolvono passo passo...

allora premessa: IL SOFTWARE iz2bkt funziona perfettamente, basta settare per bene sia il sftw che l'apparato.

PRIMO: NON FATE L'AGGIORNAMENTO DEL FIRMWARE CON QUELLO PRESENTE SUL SITO YAESU.COM (SIGLATO 0526)
QUESTO FIRMWARE E' PER LE VERSIONI USA E IN QUELLE EUROPEE MANDA IN CRISI UN PO TUTTO TRA CUI IL CAT

fatto questo (o meglio... non fatto) siete a meta' dell'opera, adesso basta configurare i menu cat della radio in questo modo:
032 GENE - CAT BPS - 38400BPS
033 GENE - CAT TOT - 3000MS
034 GENE - CAT RTS - DISABLED
035 GENE - CAT IND - ENABLED

invece nel software dovete settare con radio FT-2000 e la vostra porta COM
lasciate spuntato il flag che dice di usare i parametri di defaulth per quella radio
Adesso tutto filera' liscio.
se avete bisogno di aiuto scrivetemi pure.

I just turned on my winamp ( using the modern skin ) that has a docking station the slides up out of the way when not in use. I was think this idea would be great for the bkt software. Frequency read out, Memory read out, vol, sql. mute, scan start stop buttons. Then when maximized it would revert back to the bkt screen we are familiar with now. Please go look at the winamp bar and see what you think of the idea. It is skin - modern. Thanks for your time, Mike

New features planned for the next version IC7000BKT 1.10.0 :

- Delete Block: clear memories from n# to n#
- Remap : remaps the memories with sorting chosen
- Save As : save memories in a file
- Load From : load memories from a file

This version will be available after 15 October 2010.

For communication errors try this:

- Install the latest version from http://www.maniaradio.it/en/download.html.

- check these settings in Icom IC-7000 Set-Mode:
CI-V Baud Rate = Auto ( in some cases you need to select the speed set in the program ex. 19200 or 9600 )
CI-V Address = 70h
CI-V Transceive = OFF

- If use a USB interface check that the USB driver are correct and that the port you selected in the programme corresponds to USB interface. If you can't find the correct USB drivers, try I2WQ's interface: https://www.maniaradio.it/forum/showthread.php?tid=553

- try to change Serial Port Mode:
MODE 1: preferable for USB interfaces
MODE 2: preferable for serial interfaces on board or PCI ( also for RigTalk and RigBlaster )


- try to use BKTRS232 driver:


- try to switch ON/OFF the RTS and DTR signal

- try to change BAUD speed

- Verify that there are not running other programs that use the same COM port

IC7000BKT is the best control program out there for the 7000, there is just one feature I would like: in memory management, it would be very useful to be able to sort memories by name or frequency.

For example, you might have memory number 1: 144.525, memory number 2: 10.140, memory number 3: 7.100 and so on, but you want the memory numbers to ascend in frequency so that memory 1 is 7.100, 2 is 10.140 and 3 is 144.525 and so on. If you have hundreds of frequencies in memories it can take a long to time rearrange them. Something that does this job at the click of a button would be handy.
