I use a Yaesu VR-5000. The device does not respond to the control program. I have tried several settings without success. What can I do to?
Thank you!

Hi,
Can you make sure your VR-5000 is set up at 38400 bauds, 8N1,
and NO hardware handshake (no CTS/RTS) ?

Sorry, this program uses HamLib to communicate with the rtx, try to see the HamLib forum http://sourceforge.net/projects/hamlib/f...orum/25919

Thanks for the reply. I also use fldigi that works well with hamlib. There, the control works without problems.

I use standard settings of hamlib, set of fldigi.

Use Hamlib

Retry Intervall 1000
Post write delay 210
Baud rate 4800
Stopbits 2

From the Alpha 20 version I've added new settings in the "COM setting", if you want to do some testing. Thanks.

Thank you! It does not work with the new version. Do I need to change the "CI-V address" something? The entry is 0.

The CI-V address is only used with the RTX Icom.
