BktTimeSyncAndroid - "Synchronize every" not working

BktTimeSyncAndroid 1.1.2 "Synchronize every" feature not working at all at my Poco X3 smartphone (Android 10).
When setted number of minutes gone nothing happens. Looks like a freeze of timer in app.

Hi, try to exclude BktTimeSyncAndroid from battery optimization

I have done it already - didn't help.
After some experiments I find out that only set option "Sleep" to "Never sleep" solve the problem. But this mode drain battery dramatically (display is always on and so on).
