Registration not working... (SOLVED)

I am trying to register with the key I was sent after donating. I have tried both methods of registering. 
(copy key file to location, and using the register button in the program.) both accept the key and say to restart the program.
But on restart it says its not registered. It does show my call sign and correct Operator name at the bottom of the screen.
But at the top it says "1.29.1 - Free Version - RTX: IC-7000" 
Is there a full version I need to DL ? or am I doing something wrong ?

Windows 10 running on a MSN motherboard with intel i5 processor. 16gigs ram.

I sent you the key, please try to load it
If it does not work, please reply to the email where you received the key by attaching the IC7000BKT.INI file that you find in the installation folder
