first check that the program is not minimized in the try bar
If not try this:
- Close BktTimeSync
- Open RegEdit (Win+R -> regedit -> OK)
- Delete key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\IZ2BKT\BktTimeSync
- Close RegEdit
- Open BktTimeSync
