How do I set the GPS time offset so it remains between sessions?

I can set +0.5  manually or in the GPS block and it syncs with WWV perfectly. However, if I  close the program then reopen minutes or days later,  the offset is usually displayed as +0.00 in the GPS block, 0 in the manual window and some .000xx to .00x in the results window at the bottom.

It is just a few keystrokes but annoying. Like 'engine start-stop' fearure in cars has to be manually switched off every start cycle annoying.

How to localize the program:
1. Go to the installation folder ( Ex. C:\IZ2BKT\CatBkt Icom CAT Control )
2. Copy the file english.lng to the Documents folder
3. Rename the file english.lng with the name of the translated language (ex. spanish.lng)
3. Run BKTLocalize
4. Select the file created in step 3
5. In the cells of the right column, write the translation or leave the cell empty to not translate the sentence
6. Once the translation is complete, click on [Save and Close]
7. Copy the translated file to the installation folder of CatBkt
8. Launch CatBkt and in Utility->Configuration click on [Change Language] to select the new language

IMPORTANT:
Do not replace the special characters % and \
The translated sentence must not be longer than the original one

If you want, you can send me the translated LNG file, and I will place it in the program's installation.

Provengo da FLRIG, dove ero abituato a regolare la potenza del mio FT-710 mediante un potenziometro virtuale. questa cosa non riesco a trovarla in CATBKT, forse sto cercando male io?

Salve, sono diversi anni che uso questo programma senza mai avere avuto un problema. Ho installato l'ultima versione e da me è tutto un problema, seleziono la lingia "italiano" ovviamente e vedo il programma in francese, i parametri, che non ho mai cambiato, non vanno, il programma si blocca, insomma, non va assolutamente!
Cosa è successo?

Ho appena sostituito la mia radio base FT-991A con la FTX-1. Con la FT991A usavo CatBkt senza problemi e vorrei utilizzare il programma anche con la FTX ma non la trovo tra quelle supportate. Sapete se verrà implementata in futuro e all'incirca quando?

First of all, great project and i am using the program and also the android app for a few weeks.. and it saves me a lot of trouble when i am working protable as i do currently.

I found a few small issues that could be improved i hope:
When working with the external gps enabled and then disconnect the gps, and the windows application is minmalised you are not able to open the app to switch off the comport to the gps, and the only way is kill the proces and restart and then disable. 
Suggestion: polling and when comport is dead or not responding open the screen and or switch off or shutdown with notice why.

I also had a strange problem with the bluetooth connection. There was a connection between the phone and the notebook over bluetooth, but there was no traffic so no gps coordinate came at the windows site. The main solution was not restarting the app on the phone but reboot the pc.. no reason why .... 

When porable i will sometimes forget to push the ww button, ans also when i restart wsjtx.  Is it an idea if the transport to wsjtx it activated, to make it a polling meganism, ad or pushing meganism, that when wsjtx is active every xx minutes the location grid is send? or make a semafore pointer when wsjtx received the gridlocator, poll every minute if wsjtx procces is active and when not take away the semafore and when wsjtx procces is there again send the grid locator ... when it is there...

Possibilità di leggere passando il mouse sull'icona nella trash non tanto o non solo la differenza dell'ultima sincronizzazione ma anche o solo la correzione impostata.
Ed anche sarebbe + comodo avere il tasto a destra che riduce ad icona e a sinistra "esci" dato che di solito non si esce.

con la versione 1.20.3 non mi tiene in memoria la configurazione sempre in piano piano dell'orologio, cosa posso fare?

Suddenly since yesterday BktTimeSync corrects my clock by half of what is indicated in the appropriate box. As far as I remember I have not changed any setting, but if I indicate to correct by one second the correction is 0.5 seconds, both in the log window and with the shift towards the corresponding FT8.

What could I have tampered with?

When I select e.g. English then the BktTimeSync switches to German. I have tried a few languages before it switched to English.
