BKT server II - Norton issue

When ever I try to download the BKT Server II, my Norton antivirus is completely stopping and deleting the software with a dangerous warning and preventing any form of download at this point. What next?

The in question is f_00201e
My Norton says ..........................suspicious.cloud.7.ep
file is automaticly removed from computer.

I tested the program with several antivirus but none found dangers.
BktServer2 includes a feature to automatically open the ports in the routers, maybe, Norton detects this as a problem?!?!

seems like the the setup.exe program got onto the hard drive but now when I try to run it......it states...Not valid win 32 application

Try disabling Norton, download BktServer2 from the website and then reinstall it.
