IC7000BKT Freezing

Gentleman/Mania Radio:
Thanks for many years of excellence performance with the IC7000BKT program, which I am using with Windows 10 OS.

Now, unexpectedly, the IC7000BKT program is freezing. Initially, the startup of the program is as always: works for many 
seconds and then freezes up. I can "re-boot" and re-establish the connection, but it freezes again after a short time.

I have upgraded the version to 1.31.3. No difference in the freezing.
I have tried uninstalling the previous program and re-installing: no difference.

All help will be appreciated.

Hi Herb, the block is caused by poor communication between the PC and the program, it may be caused by USB drivers, the interface or something else. Try going to the COM configuration of IC7000BKT and changing from Mode 1 to Mode 2 or vice versa

Would you please "refresh" me on where I can find the current
COM configuration of IC7000BKT and I will be able to quickly
switch the mode setting to determine if this resolves?
