BKT does not find USB-U-blox u7 stick [solved]

BKT works for me from a U-blox 7 on Windows 10.  My finding is that the newest drivers  do not work, but com drivers from U-blox are compatible.

 I first found the blog  from Tim KA9EAK and saw it was working for him on XP.  That convinced me to try to make it work for me.  The problem seems to be the driver that Windows installs as a sensor device.  

My 'recipe':
1. Delete the sensor device and its drivers that Windows installs
2. Delete the VCP device and drivers if you installed it
3. Install the ubloxGnss_usbcdc_windows_3264_v1.2.0.8 driver which provides just a com port

Thank you. I don't know why it took me so darn long to find this comment. I have been trying to get BKTTimeSyc to work with my dongle for JT modes.
